Still hasn’t arrived. Website clearly stats that it ships from the US but when I emailed customer service (after a week with no word) they said it would be shipping from overseas and would take 30 days to arrive. Still waiting.

Absolutely love this item..came with no instructions..tad bit challenging to figure out xtra battery part..but did figure it out..it is a marvelous piece of safety equipment and weight is great balanced in ur hand and wrist band is handy for non drop action..very impressive and satisfying..love it!! Got one for hubby and daughter as well..well made and will b checking site for other items as well..kudos to the maker!!
