United StatesI never received this, nor 3 other items in my order. I have called customer service once and messaged twice about my order status. One guy said it was being shipped from overseas so wait a few more weeks...although the website states on the description items that are shipped from the USA ! It's already been a month since I ordered and my cc was charged. The other guy who I spoke to told me the missing items were coming from. New York and that he would get me a tracking #. Items are listed as sent..but still no tracking #. I want a refund on my missing items. Can't trust with conflicting stories.
